How do I start shopping at Fresh St. Market.com?

Before you start shopping with Fresh St. Market.com you need to set up your account. It takes less than a minute and all we need is your name, email address and for you to choose a password. Click Sign In at the top right of your screen and choose Signup from the drop down menu. All of your information is completely secure and you're well on your way to receiving fresh from our store to your door!  

Is there a minimum shopping amount?

Yes, our current minimum shopping amount is $40.00 not including taxes, fees and delivery charge. If you are are having difficulty reaching this amount, try to find a few products around your household that you are close to running low on. We suggest checking your bath tissue, dish soap, shampoo or laundry detergent. Be sure to check our specials too as we always have a great selection of products that are essential pantry staples priced to make you smile!

Once I have set up my account can I place an order?

Yes, you will be able to shop and complete an order immediately. You can select your items by viewing the various departments and their sub-categories. We also have a search box at the top of the screen to help you find the product you are looking for quickly. Once you have filled your cart with the groceries you would like to order, click Check Out at the top right mini-cart to begin the checkout process. This is where you will select your order delivery preferences, provide your delivery address and chose your payment option.

Okay, I have an account… How do I sign in the next time?

Once you have completed setting up your account, the next time you visit Fresh St. Market.com you simply need to click on the Sign In link at the top right of your screen. Sign in using your email address, or your user name, and enter your password - welcome back! It's good to see you again. You'll know you're signed in because your first name will display at the top right of the website

How do I change my account details?

You can view or change your account details after signing-in.  Simply click on your name on the top right corner and choose "Your Profile Settings" from the drop down menu. Once you're here you'll be able to update your name and password as well as your billing and shipping address. You'll also see links to your past order history as well as items you've designated as your favourites. 

What if I forget my password?

We've all been there right? This one is simple. When you click to sign in, you'll see a large green button that says "Forgot Username/Password" - click this and we'll ask you for your email address or username. Once you give us this information, we will immediately send you an email with a link that allows you to choose a new password

How do I change my password?

What if I have forgotten my User Name?

You can always use your email address if you have forgotten your user name. We've designed Fresh St. Market.com to accept either your email address or your user name to access your account. If you're not sure about either, you can contact us directly and we can troubleshoot the issue from our end.

I'm not receiving the confirmation of my order via an email, what can I do?

The most common reason that you would not receive an email from us is that your internet security is blocking our emails and marking them as spam. To avoid any further disruption, please add our email address to your Safe Senders list. Please call our customer service team and we can help you troubleshoot this problem by sending you test emails and walking you through some steps. If these efforts fail, you may have to contact your internet service provider.

I’m not receiving my Account Registration Confirmation email, what can I do?

The most common reason that you would not receive an email from us is that your internet security is blocking our email address and marking it as Spam. To avoid any further disruption, please add our email address to your Safe Senders list. Another possibility is that your email address has been entered wrong during the registration process.
